If they allow that, then I am terribly disappointed in all of our representatives in this state that voted for it. If Webb and Warner voted for it, they will never get a vote from me again, because why didn't they do all they can for the state of VA if everyone else is doing it. Same goes for Boucher, although he has said he is voting against the bill.
I've seen big time support for reform and the option, the 43-43 would sound about right for this bill that is going to congress.

That's actually the only "big" deal I've seen that was considered, which is what the the "Slaughter solution" was proposed for, that Cornhusker kickback that Nelson got...which I didn't really agree with at all, but I understand that deals like this are in every single bill that goes through congress and that this was only magnified because of how much controversy surrounds the bill.

With that said, the Cornhusker kickback was eliminated when Obama "re-proposed" his new plan a few weeks ago I think it was.

That deal was when reconciliation wasn't going to be used and they were trying for 60, but when they put it on the table, it wasn't needed and Obama said that every state was going to get that funding.

Theres a deal in North Dakota, Louisiana and Vermont all have certain deals within the agreement. The ND and Vermont deals are smaller, especially the Dakota one, with the Cornhusker one gone, I think the Louisiana deal would now be the biggest if its still in there. It may have been pulled to, but I havent seen that put in print yet.
